Technology and Process

Isostatic pressing and dry pressing are both commonly used forming processes for ceramic blanks. Isostatic pressing involves filling ceramic powder into a specific mold and applying uniform isostatic pressure to achieve high standards of product density and uniformity. This technique is typically employed for forming large-sized products. Our equipment is capable of meeting the forming requirements for components with relatively large dimensions.

Fine Machining
