The advanced ceramic window is fabricated using advanced precision ceramic materials including alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, and silicon carbide. It features high hardness, exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, insulation properties, and an extended lifespan. Widely used in electronic engineering, it can be customized and reverse-engineered based on drawings and samples, with optional coatings such as Y2O3,YAG,YAM,YF3,and YOF. Its functions include adsorbing reaction by-products, reducing inline defects, improving yield, and extending the PM cycle. It also provides auxiliary sealing to ensure vacuum integrity of precision electronic components.
